The aim of the mobility was to provide the participants with knowledge and skills to successfully conduct trainings, seminars and activities for adult education and development. The education supported the self-confidence of the participants, the improvement of individual skills and competences for the preparation and implementation of effective training, working with group dynamics, as well as handling and solving difficult situations.

Soft Skills for Teaching Techniques

The aim of the mobility was to acquire and develop effective soft skills for the participants of the training. The course provided enhancement of techniques and practical activities that the participants will be able to apply in the context of their profession, while also broadening their ideas and knowledge so they can lead engaging and informative educational activities. The objective of the course was to expand the participants’ knowledge and skills in the area of soft skills and to help clarify their roles in supporting and motivating their students.

Discover the power of game based learning and gamification in education
21.-27.4.2024
The aim of the mobility was to gain insight into the methods, tools, approach and benefits of game-based learning and gamification. The emphasis was on the practical benefit for the participants and application to everyday education. Education focused on overcoming generational barriers (generation gaps) in learning and provided valuable information about the possibilities of engaging participants in development and educational courses of all age categories.
